Off by default on every venue. Leave it off and visits are counted anonymously with nothing stored on the guest’s phone — the menu and service requests work exactly the same. Turn it on and the mini-site asks each guest first, and they can have their record erased on request.

The app, the database and every uploaded photo live on EU servers, and we don’t routinely copy them anywhere else. Who processes what, and under which clauses, is written down in plain terms rather than buried.
