Your data

If you have scanned a QR code at a venue using SilverQR, that venue may hold a record of your visits. You can ask for a copy of it, or ask for it to be erased.

The venue is the data controller — it decides what to collect and why. SilverQR runs the platform on its behalf. This form works across every venue at once, so you do not need to know which one holds what.

Request your data

What would you like to do?

We will email you a single-use link to confirm the request. Nothing happens until you use it.

What happens next

  1. You enter your email address and choose access or erasure.
  2. We email a single-use confirmation link, valid for 30 minutes.
  3. Opening it and confirming carries out the request immediately.

We ask for confirmation by email because guests do not have accounts — control of the mailbox is the only way to establish that a request is yours, and it stops anyone else requesting or deleting your records.

What erasure covers

Visit history, service requests, staff ratings and notes, stored device-recognition signals, and the guest profile itself.

Where a venue has an active restriction against you, that record and the opaque signal needed to enforce it are kept — but every contact detail attached to it is removed. Venues rely on this to enforce their house rules. You can object directly to the venue, whose contact details appear on its mini-site; see Privacy Policy §7.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied, you can complain to a data-protection authority — in Serbia, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection; in the EU/EEA, the authority where you live or work. We would rather fix it first: [email protected].
