No. The free plan has no end date. Separately, every new workspace starts with a 14-day trial of Pro, so you can run several venues while you decide. When the trial ends nothing is deleted — venues you created keep working and keep serving guests; you just cannot add more, and the footer line comes back.
How many venues you can run, and one line in the footer. Every feature — themes, colour schemes, guest recognition, reputation and house rules, protected venues, automation, analytics, the printed QR sheets — is on both plans. We do not hold features back from the free plan; a venue that cannot show its menu properly is not a demo of anything.
One physical place with its own address on the web — bobs-bar.silverqr.com. Floors, rooms, terraces, tables and QR codes inside it are unlimited on both plans, as are menu items and staff accounts.
Any time, from Settings → Billing. The subscription runs to the end of the period you already paid for — we do not switch anything off the day you cancel — and the workspace then continues on the free plan.
Paddle, as merchant of record. They charge the right VAT for your country and issue the invoice. Your card details are typed on their page and never touch our servers.
Tell us within 14 days of any payment and we refund it in full, no reason needed. There is a button for it in Settings → Billing, or email [email protected].
